POLICIES

Reservations

Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.

Check in

14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.

Payments

Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
We accept cash, bank deposits,credit card and Western Union.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests received 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days will receive no refund.
'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded

Early Departures

If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the amount for each remaining day that is unused, with a minimum charge of one nights’ stay.

Cleaning

Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
Cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios every three days.
Linens & towels are changed every three days.

Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
